Shipping your package

*Explanation: “Ordered before 22:00, delivered free tomorrow (NL)”. Orders placed on working days before 22:00 will be delivered to PostNL the same working day. From that moment on, PostNL will do everything it can to deliver the package as quickly as possible.

Packages are generally delivered within 1 working day after receipt of your payment and delivery without signature.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. We take special care of fragile items in your package.

  • Track and Trace is automatically sent to the email on which the order was placed.
  • All products except the KUUS. C2 and BM1 fit through the letterbox and are delivered discreetly in the letterbox. If the customer is not at home when the item is delivered, it will be offered again, delivered to the neighbours or left at a collection point. This is at the discretion of the delivery person.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

All our items are shipped anonymously and discreetly without the sender on them.

Shipping costs

All our orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, additional shipping costs of €3.95 will be charged.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your cancellation by an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). To do this, please contact our customer service. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 30 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs, excluding any return shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them to the above-mentioned address.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional terms

The order must be returned in the original packaging (if reasonably possible) if possible. Products may be tested as they would be tested in a physical store. Any damage or unstamped shipments will be charged. If you have not received a response from us after 10 days, please contact us.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.
