Yes. Our watch works throughout Europe and UK The included manual explains how you can activate the watch in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, or Germany 🇩🇪, or Spain🇪🇸, or all other European countries! 🇪🇺
Our watch is pre-programmed on the KPN network. We provide the Lebara SIM card on the KPN network free with the watch. That’s why we also recommend choosing the included SIM card.
The connection with the free SIM card is also very good in Belgium or Germany, but you can also use your own local SIM card. Below is an overview of providers we recommend:
Belgium: Proximus, Orange, BASE
Germany: Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, O2
Spain: Vodafone, Movistar, Orange, Yoigo

Very good so far

What I like is that it doesn’t have a subscription. Many other solutions seemed cheap, but became expensive due to monthly fees and contracts. This feels a lot simpler. My mother-in-law wears it daily now, and we don’t have to call or check on her all day.

SIM card included. The instructions for this are not very clear. Otherwise, it’s just a matter of trying things out. We are happy with it, though.

Exactly what we were looking for. It took a bit of puzzling before everything worked, but that turned out fine too.
