Yes. Our watch works throughout Europe and UK The included manual explains how you can activate the watch in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, or Germany 🇩🇪, or Spain🇪🇸, or all other European countries! 🇪🇺
Our watch is pre-programmed on the KPN network. We provide the Lebara SIM card on the KPN network free with the watch. That’s why we also recommend choosing the included SIM card.
The connection with the free SIM card is also very good in Belgium or Germany, but you can also use your own local SIM card. Below is an overview of providers we recommend:
Belgium: Proximus, Orange, BASE
Germany: Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, O2
Spain: Vodafone, Movistar, Orange, Yoigo

Nice watch, but after inserting the SIM card and activating it via 1244, the app really couldn’t find the watch after countless attempts. The video does mention that you might need to log in again, but for me, pairing only worked after I had turned the watch off and on again. It should also be mentioned that when using the keypad, you have to swipe the numbers and not press them, because that doesn’t work at all. And how do you get the * and # to appear? For people with poor eyesight, the square watch model might be better. Perhaps the watch face is a bit bigger then? All in all, everything worked out, just definitely not within 10 minutes. What would be the best setting for falling? Maybe 3, because at 4 there isn’t much response during a simulated fall.
