How does SOS button / panic button or fall detection work?
The user can press the SOS button himself in case of emergency (there is 1 button on the watch, this is the SOS button). The watch will then dial preset numbers. Does number 1 not pick up? Then number 2 and 3 are automatically called. The KUUS. S2 watch additionally has a fall detection function. If the GPS tracker watch detects an unexpected (fall) movement, it will automatically start calling preset phone numbers. The user can also cancel this if it is a false alarm. You can adjust the sensitivity of the alarm. NOTE: If your voicemail is on, the watch cannot forward calls to the next in the list. The watch then thinks it is “recorded” and cannot make a call through. So turn off your voicemail if you want to be called by the SOS watch!
Does the GPS Watch also Work in Belgium, Germany or on Vacation?
Yes. Our watch works throughout Europe and UK The included manual explains how you can activate the watch in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, or Germany 🇩🇪, or Spain🇪🇸, or all other European countries! 🇪🇺
Our watch is pre-programmed on the KPN network. We provide the Lebara SIM card on the KPN network free with the watch. That’s why we also recommend choosing the included SIM card.

The connection with the free SIM card is also very good in Belgium or Germany, but you can also use your own local SIM card. Below is an overview of providers we recommend:
Belgium: Proximus, Orange, BASE
Germany: Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, O2
Spain: Vodafone, Movistar, Orange, Yoigo
Can I order a different color watch?
The KUUS. S1 and S2 are only available in 1 color, however, the black leather strap can be replaced with a brown leather strap.
What is the delivery time of the watch, when will it be shipped?
Our senior watches are delivered to your mailbox within 2 business days! Of course, it is well packaged in a sturdy mailbox box so that the product arrives without damage. So you don’t have to stay home for delivery. 📬 😇
How do I pair this watch with bluetooth? Does the carrier need a smartphone to pair?
The watch is a self-contained device. It does not need to be paired with a smartphone. With the included SIM card including 5 euro credit, the watch can make and receive calls in emergency situations and you can always see the GPS location. The caregiver of the watch user can adjust the GPS location and settings of the watch from the KUUS. app. Thus, the wearer of the watch does not need a smartphone to pair the watch with. The watch does not have bluetooth.
Am I taking a long time to install? What is plug and play?
Our senior watches are pre-programmed. All you have to do is insert the SIM card and pair the watch with our app. The rest will go by itself. The installation will take about 5 minutes if you read the manual. The senior watches come with a paper manual in Dutch. Do you prefer to watch an instructional video? This is also included! 😇
How long does the battery or accumulator last?
The battery lasts 1 to 2 days, just like a smartphone. This depends on how intensively you use the watch. If you call or update the GPS location more often, the battery will drain faster. Maximize battery life by setting the GPS location update to 1 hour.
