The product was defective from the start : I had the ability to call the watch but my children were unable to answer or connect to 4G network. It was, in the end, utterly useless. But the worst is that I was told it was a software issue, I then asked KUUS to update the software and send me the watch back. They decided to cancel the order and reimburse me but they still asked me to pay for the initial shipping costs…

It doesn’t have too many features, which seems more than fine for my son. As a parent, you can use the app on your own phone to remotely configure and control many settings. The big advantage, in my opinion, is that the watch is SIM-free. This means you can choose your own provider and decide whether you want a prepaid plan or a subscription. It comes with a SIM card (from Lebara) with some credit on it. So we can see how much we use it before we decide.

Very happy with it. I hesitated for a long time and couldn’t see the wood for the trees. Then I came across Kuus and immediately felt confident, partly because it’s a Dutch company. Good reviews too. Easy to use for both parents and children. The included SIM card is also a nice touch!
